• Perishable Goods: Fresh mushrooms are highly perishable. It is the customer’s responsibility to store, refrigerate, and handle products properly upon receipt. We are not liable for product degradation due to improper storage post-delivery or post-purchase.
• Health & Wellness Disclaimer: Content on this website and statements regarding our functional mushroom varieties (such as Lion’s Mane) are provided for educational and culinary purposes only. They have not been evaluated by Health Canada. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. • All prices listed on our website or invoice are in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and are subject to applicable provincial and federal taxes.

• Due to the fresh and perishable nature of our products, all sales of fresh mushrooms are final.
• If you receive a damaged or incorrect order, you must notify us within 24 hours of receipt at info@wholesomefungi.ca with photographic evidence. Eligible refunds or replacements will be determined at our sole discretion.
